1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkr 365 platform — including the website, mobile browser experience, and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. 3. Your Account
3.1 Registration
Each individual may hold only one account on pkr 365. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact pkr 365 support immediately.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr 365 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pkr 365 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
pkr 365 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to provide a clear copy of your CNIC. Additional documents such as proof of payment method or source of funds may be requested in certain circumstances. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

pkr 365 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposit processing times vary by method: mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically instant; bank transfers may take up to one business day.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount from pkr 365 is Rs 500. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account verified in your name — the same account used for your last deposit is preferred. pkr 365 targets processing withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take additional processing time.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks. pkr 365 reserves the right to delay or hold a withdrawal pending investigation if fraud or terms violations are suspected. In such cases, pkr 365 will notify the account holder and aim to resolve the matter promptly.
4.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for 12 consecutive months. pkr 365 will notify the account holder at the last known contact details before any dormancy fee is applied. A monthly administration fee may be deducted from dormant account balances. Once the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
Withdrawal reminder: Always ensure your pkr 365 account name matches your payment wallet registration name. Mismatches will cause delays and may require additional verification documentation.
5. Betting Rules
5.1 General Betting
All bets placed on pkr 365 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying all bet details — selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. pkr 365 accepts no liability for bets placed in error by the customer.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by product, event, and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface before a bet is placed. pkr 365 reserves the right to limit the stake size on any market at any time, including for individual accounts.
5.2 Odds and Results
Odds on pkr 365 are displayed in decimal format. The payout for a winning bet is calculated as stake × odds. All results are determined by the relevant official governing body for the sport or event in question. pkr 365 will follow the official result even if it is announced after a delay.
5.3 Void Bets
pkr 365 may void a bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion according to the applicable rules; a technical error resulted in an incorrect price being displayed; or the bet was placed after an event had already concluded. Void bets are refunded at the original stake amount.
5.4 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting markets are available on cricket, PSL, and selected esports events on pkr 365. Odds for in-play markets may be suspended or amended at any time to reflect the current match state. pkr 365 is not liable for any delay between live match events and the reflection of those events in live odds.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
pkr 365 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and the Refer a Friend programme. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all pkr 365 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
- Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is specified in the promotion terms.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Withdrawals requested before a wagering requirement is met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on pkr 365 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:
- Opening more than one account on pkr 365, including using false identities or the identities of others.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism designed to place bets without human instruction for each individual bet.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing error on pkr 365 to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings generated from known errors will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of match fixing, insider betting, or betting based on information that is not publicly available at the time the bet is placed.
- Using the pkr 365 platform to launder money or process payments on behalf of third parties.
- Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes after losses.
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward pkr 365 staff or other users in any customer interaction channel.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to pkr 365 systems, other user accounts, or the underlying infrastructure.
pkr 365 cooperates with relevant authorities in investigations related to fraud, money laundering, and match fixing. Where legally required, player account data may be shared with appropriate regulatory or law enforcement bodies.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the pkr 365 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface design, text, software, and data — is owned by or licensed to pkr 365 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pkr 365 content without prior written consent.
The pkr 365 name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks. Use of these marks without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy and Data
pkr 365 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on pkr 365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pkr 365 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and improvement of platform services.
10. Responsible Gaming
pkr 365 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take that responsibility seriously. The following tools are available to all pkr 365 account holders at no cost:

pkr 365's total liability to any individual user in any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
pkr 365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct described in Section 7. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, pkr 365 may freeze an account and withhold funds pending investigation.
You may close your pkr 365 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method, provided all withdrawable conditions are met. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
13. Amendments to These Terms
pkr 365 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, pkr 365 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of pkr 365 following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
